    1 - Using FTP connect to your blog directory.
    2 - Open wp-content > themes
    3 - Upload complete folder - eg: 'PowerAi-2Column'

    Go to your Wordpress Admin Panel

    4 - Click On 'Design' tab
    5 - View available themes > select preferred them > click 'activate'
